International Holding Company PJSC, formerly International Fish Farming Holding Co PJSC, is a United Arab Emirates-based public joint stock company. Its primary activities are structured into the following segments: fish farming/ trading and processing; investment, as well as construction and contracting. The Company's operations include: fish farming, aquaculture, distribution, sales and marketing, consultancy, and investments in aquaculture related projects through partnerships. The Company's subsidiaries are: Alliance Foods Company LLC and Asmak Seafood Processing Co LLC, among others.

Sales Analysis. Sales were up sharply during the first quarter of 2021 versus the previous year's first quarter. During the first quarter of 2021, sales at International Holdings Company PJSC totalled 2.28 billion UAE Dirham. This is an increase of 219.2% from the 713.10 million UAE Dirham in sales at the company during the first quarter of 2020. During the previous 16 quarters, sales at International Holdings Company PJSC have increased compared with the same quarter in the previous year. There appears to be at least some degree of seasonality in the sales at International Holdings Company PJSC: during 8 of the previous 9 years, sales were highest during the fourth quarter. The exception to this was during 2014, when the second quarter was the best quarter, accounting for 30% of sales (during that same year, the fourth quarter accounted for 22% of sales). Sales increased substantially in 2020: International Holdings Company PJSC reported sales of 7.05 billion UAE Dirham (US$1.92 billion) for the year ending December of 2020. This represents an increase of 459.7% versus 2019, when the company's sales were 1.26 billion UAE Dirham. Sales at International Holdings Company PJSC have increased during each of the previous five years (and since 2015, sales have increased a total of 1,890%). Sales of Industrial saw an increase that was more than double the company's growth rate: sales were up 14,045.6% in 2020, from 29.14 million UAE Dirham to 4.12 billion UAE Dirham.
